Packaly and Samsung start sustainable repair service for phones and tablets
Amsterdam – Samsung, and Packaly join forces to collect and return devices for repair. Packaly will pick up your broken device within an hour, bring it to a local Samsung Service Center, and return the repaired device to your doorstep.
The partnership between the two companies offers Samsung customers the fastest option to get their broken devices to the Service Center. Packaly is currently collecting devices in Rotterdam and, after a successful pilot, is rolling out the service further across Amsterdam and Utrecht. Packaly will collect the device for a charge and return it the same evening or the next day.
