- How do I see when the parcel arrives?
- Check out our track and trace page on tracking.packaly.com and search for your parcel. We will also send you this in your e-mail inbox.
- Can I send my parcel return?
- This depends on the retail partner. If they have returns enabled, we will pick the parcel up and bring it to the store in your city.
- Do you check on age restrictions at the door?
- Yes, any delivery that contains Alcohol or something that needs an ID check we will validate.
- When can we reach your support?
- We are there from 10:00 till 21:00, 6 days a week. Send a message to our support and we will get back to you as fast as possible.
- What's the average waiting time for a reply?
- Our team aims to reply within a minute, but when it's busy, it could be a bit longer. Our chat service has an accurate average response time in the window.
- Do you deliver everything within an hour?
- No, we give our partners the option to choose a delivery type. You can see this also in your track and trace page.
- Are you not able to open our support chat?
